Input you own overhead costs, indicate your projected hours for the years and develop the overhead percentage for labor based on your blended base rate. Remember if you under perform your project hours, you will suffer a loss or reduction in profit. On the other hand, should you exceed your projected hours the money turns into excess profits. You will encounter some additional cost like supervision, maybe overtime but your basic overhead costs have been paid for. Please feel free to what your overhead should be.
